Individual Psychology Services:
$225 per 45-50 minute for initial consultations and $200 per 45-50 minute per session thereafter.
If using an insurance we accept, your rate may be different or a deductible/copay/coinsurance amount may be required.
Relationship Psychology Services:
$225 per 45-50 minute initial consultation and $200 per 45-50 minute session thereafter.
*We do not bill insurance for relationship counseling as it is not considered medically necessary. (Some support services may be covered. Please call to inquire or complete a contact form with your questions and a staff member will call you soon.)

Insurances Accepted:
Cigna Insurance (Dr. Shastri only-no EAP)
Medicare Part B (Dr. Shastri only-No Medicare Advantage plans)
Lee Employee Health Plan (Key Benefit Admin-excludes Dr. Mulholland)
***If we are not contracted with your insurance plan, you will be expected to pay at the time of service.
You may be eligible for reimbursement with your insurance plan (excluding any Medicare programs-see below). Please call your insurance company for details.
Medicare Programs do not allow you to submit invoices for any services received with a provider who has opted out of Medicare. The No Surprises Act also does not apply when using an opt out provider.
Dr. Shastri is the only provider here in the Medicare Program.
Cancellation policy:
We require at least 24-hour advance notice of cancellation. The reason we ask for advance notice is so that we may offer the appointment time to someone waiting on the cancellation list. The fee for late cancellation or no show/missed appointments varies by each provider from $100 up to the cost of the service scheduled. However, if you feel you were unable to attend your appointment due to circumstances beyond your control, please speak with your psychologist. Our staff is not authorized to negotiate fees.
Forms of payment we accept:
All major credit cards are accepted forms of payment. HSA or FSA reimbursement cards are treated as credit cards and are accepted here. Care Credit has not been approved for use with mental health services.
