I honor and respect the courage it takes to seek therapy. Striving to understand and relate to you are my first goals as a therapist. This statement reflects the interpersonal style I bring to therapy and highlight my understanding that every person is influenced by a unique combination of experiences and personality. I respect my role in helping you reach your therapeutic goals and I am honest, genuine, and ethical in my practice.
I frequently employ cognitive-behavioral therapy while understanding that a one-size-fits-all approach may not take into account your specific needs or strengths and limitations. I welcome the opportunity to be a part of your wellness team.
