If you hope to make changes or overcome obstacles in your life, I would be pleased to meet with you. I am a Licensed Psychologist with a doctoral degree and over 15 years of experience supporting my clients to meet their goals. I offer psychotherapy and evaluations for children, adolescents, adults and families. My approach to therapy utilizes a wide range of therapeutic tools including cognitive-behavioral, skills training, interpersonal and family interventions. Within the framework of a safe and private therapeutic relationship, I work to develop a unique treatment plan, using effective strategies to help you to achieve fulfillment.

I have a special interest in treating anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, depression, trauma, grief/loss, parenting concerns and relationship challenges. I am also experienced in the evaluation of giftedness, ADHD and learning disorders. As a clinical psychologist, I have specialized training in conducting psychological evaluations to clarify diagnosis and to facilitate successful treatment.

I am a graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Training Institute for both adult and pediatric clients. I specialize in the use of Exposure and Response/Ritual Prevention and cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder.
