Existing Client?: If you are a current client and would like to schedule an appointment with your psychologist, you may call us at (239) 561-9955 or log in to the client portal and request an appointment or manage your appointments and account online.
For general business inquiries, please call (239) 561-9955 Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. If greeted by our voicemail, please leave a message for your call to be returned.
REFERRALS: If you wish to refer a patient, please ask your patient to follow the New Client instructions. If you would like to speak with someone first, please leave a message on our voicemail at (239) 561-9955 or fax patient information to our secure fax at (239) 561-9779. Someone will get back to you shortly.
MEDICAL RECORDS REQUESTS: If you are in need of medical records, please complete the Release of Protected Health Information Form and email it to [email protected] and we'll contact you as soon as possible.
